About
I’m Brian Bemelmans, a Dutch creative based in Berlin,
working where concept becomes culture and story becomes system.

My work lives at the intersection of brand, emotion and identity,
shaped through sound, driven by atmosphere, and guided by the
narrative underneath it all. I move between creative direction,
narrative development, and generative workflows, translating ideas
into scalable experiences across fashion, film, and digital platforms.

               Role: Creator & Creative Director

                                            Shadows Within

“Shadows Within” is a multidisciplinary exhibition exploring the
hidden layers of human identity  through the lens of avant-garde fashion,
        sound and introspective philosophy.

Presented at P61 Gallery in Berlin, the project invites viewers into a
psychological landscape where darkness and light coexist,
not as opposites, but as reflections of the same self.

        Role: Creator & Creative Director

Through film, sound, and sculptural visuals, the work examines the tension
between who we appear to be and who we are beneath. Fashion become
psychological armor, a projection and distortion of identity.

           Two Droplets

After years of silence, Sally visits her estranged  sister in a remote
mountain commune, a place where faith blurs into obsession,
and memory fractures under emotial pressure.

Two Droplets is a psychological drama exploring control,
trauma, and the fragile architecture of identity.

       Role: Composer & Music Producer

From early concept discussions to final edit, the sound  was used to
guide perception and reinforce the themes of control and
   fragmented identity.

                                                        KLINGELING
Nela works the night shift at a women’s helpline in Berlin, a space  where
the boundary between witness and victim begins to dissolve.

           KLINGELING
is a psychological thriller exploring secondary trauma,
silence, and the emotional weight of empathy  in a world that
                                                                                                             rarely listens back.
                    Role: Composer & Music Producer

In collaboration with DFFB & Rundfunk

I composed and produced the original score, using minimal textures
and pacing to heighten emotional tension. The music supports
the film’s exploration of secondary trauma through
  atmosphere rather than melody.

Re-Scoring “Stane”
      Mui Mui Women’s Tales #26

For this project, I replaced the original soundtrack of Stane with a newly composed
score for the film’s closing sequence and end credits. The aim was to reinterpret
the emotional resolution, shifting the tone and pacing of the final moments
  through a different musical perspe
ctrive.

              Role: Composer & Music Producer

By rebuilding the score from silence, I explored how sound can redefine narrative closure,
subtly altering the emotional weight of a scene and
shaping the viewer’s lasting impression.
